Our standard charge for in-house (on-site) training is £995 per day for a class of upto 3 delegates, £1300 per day for a class of upto 8 delegates; additional delegates are charged £150 per head per day up to a total of 12, which is our recommended maximum. Rates are variable based on total order and duration. Mentoring rates are typically £850 per day, subject to deliverables to be agreed.

In extreme cases it may be possible to stretch the size of training groups up to 15, but we advise against such large classes since the supervision during exercises will necessarily suffer.

For Training, these charges cover tuition, a full set of course notes and a reference text (where appropriate) per delegate. Mentoring deliverables are by agreement.

Additional rechargeable costs are the tutor's travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses. Tutors' expenses are normally re-billed at cost.

We encourage the purchaser to arrange for the tutor's local accommodation since this usually results in a lower overall recharge. Where necessary we will provide a fixed-rate expenses quote by negotiation.

Discounts are available for long-term training commitments.

For in-house training and / or Mentoring, customers are responsible for (but not limited to)

The provision of a suitably equipped training room and Workstations,

typically one per student, with all necessary software installed and configured.

Student workspace,

typically a table/desk top, sufficient to accommodate the workstation, keyboard, mouse mat, an A4 binder and an A4 notepad

Delegate and tutor refreshments

Visual aids:

a whiteboard or flipchart, a projector suitable for connecting to a laptop computer and a screen on which to project
