We provide Project Management services either
directly or via the Mentoring approach. For complex projects, where
a broad technical background is required or where there are organisational
issues to be addressed, we provide the skills to get such projects
under control, on track and within budget.
Recovery Planning and overall project planning, using Distributed
applications, Web-based applications, Object-Oriented, JAD/RAD, Incremental, Agile
or DSDM approaches have all been undertaken, including some cases
where mixed teams have been formed of contractors and employees
and up to three (natural) languages have been in use on a multicultural
project.
Technology issues of successful project management are also addressed.
For example, the use of UML, modern tool kits, the use of effective
performance statistics and metrics, automatic test procedures, total
quality strategies, and so on, are all part of the standard Project
Management environment.
As PRINCE2 ™ Accredited Trainers we can provide
best practice advice in terms of establishing effective IT organisations,
whether you use Waterfall, Staged, XP, SCRUM or Agile methodologies. Our
Project Management courses, PRINCE2-based or otherwise, contain
enough information about the technical side of IT projects to allow
the PM to question and understand the issues of managing modern
distributed systems. If PRINCE2:2005 is not to your liking, we were reviewers of the 2009 edition. Read our summary of PRINCE2:2009 improvements in our Articles section.
We also preach what we practice...... see our
training courses section for information on IT Project Management,
PRINCE2-based courses and our PRINCE2 courses aimed at team-members
and Technology courses for the Project Manager.
