This course presents a PRINCE2 overview for the members of the
Development team. After attending this course, delegates will
understand the processes, controls and issues of working professionally
within a PRINCE2 environment. The course aims to present the requirements
and expectations of a PRINCE2 project and explains how the PRINCE2
processes can work effectively and the purpose behind them.
