	Consulting
	We provide Consultancy on a variety of commercial bases, from short-term to long-term and also on a retainer basis. Many companies do not need to have a Consultant permanently "on-tap", and to address this need we provide consultancy on an as-needed basis. The customer benefits from lower costs and also deals with someone who is familiar with their business. We also include mentoring under the consultancy banner, as this can be a very cost-effective way of introducing change. We are also finding that clients are (rightly) becoming concerned about the quality of Requirements capture and their transformation into User Stories or Use Cases. We provide a fast review service, usually triggered by one or two meetings and then generally handled via electronic transfer. We are able to review and annotate documents quickly, accurately and economically, based on our extensive experience of Requirements capture on many projects. This service is applicable to conventional as well as Agile projects. Our Consultancy activities have included:
